It is important to us that your new shearling serves you well for many years to come. For best results, store your coat or jacket with a professional furrier in the early spring of each year and have the furrier condition, clean and press the garment while it is in storage. Otherwise, we encourage keeping it in a cool, dry place, in a breathable garment bag, when not in use. An annual application of a suede protecting spray can help maintain the integrity of your garment.

A mild rain will not ruin your shearling. Just hang the garment up to dry naturally in a well-ventilated room, give it a good shake and remove water stains with a suede brush. If it gets thoroughly soaked, bring it to a professional furrier for a proper treatment.
