This Online Purchase Information governs purchases made through the website.


Online purchases from this website may be made by residents of the US for delivery in the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. International deliveries are made via USPS, and the shipping rate is $200.00. D’Andre New York LLC is not responsible for any international customs and duties.

Product Availability

D’Andre products available for purchase online include coats, jackets, capes and vests, as shown. All products from this website are subject to availability of materials and are made to order. It may take 2 to 8 weeks to complete a coat. We reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offer or sales promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Pricing and Payment Options

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on shipment of the products.
Prices displayed on the D’Andre website are quoted in US dollars. D’Andre accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

- MasterCard
- Discover

The transaction will be charged to your credit card when your order is placed.

Sales Tax

8.80% will be applied to all orders shipped to New York State.

Shipping and Delivery

For security reasons, D’Andre online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card and will require a direct signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All US purchases are shipped via FedEx. A shipping confirmation is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. In addition, we will e-mail a delivery confirmation once we have received notification from FedEx that your purchase has been delivered. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, please contact us. D’Andre cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.


For D’Andre online purchases we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full merchandise credit when accompanied by the original sales slip. Merchandise credit must be used within one year from the date of the receipt. Full-priced and sale merchandise must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. E-mail notification will be sent when the return has been processed.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has been shipped, the purchase cannot be canceled or modified. In this case, please see our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
Cancelled orders and unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% non-refundable restocking fee.
